Welcome to SecureFirst Protection Services ("we," "our," or "us"). We are dedicated to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy governs your use of the SecureFirst mobile application and our associated digital services.
By using our services, you consent to the collection, usage, and storage of your information as outlined below. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not access or use our application.
1. Information We Collect
To provide accurate policy coordination, claim/incident files, and account management, we collect specific details including:
- Personal Identifiers: Mobile number, full name, and email address.
- Authentication Credentials: One-Time Password (OTP) verification records supplied by Firebase Auth.
- Coverage Details: Motor vehicle registration plate numbers, active policies, coverage milestones, and application leads.
2. Device Permissions We Request
To allow seamless document uploads and claim submissions, the app requests the following specific permissions on your device:
- READ_MEDIA_IMAGES (Images Permission): Required to select and upload physical registration cards, driving licenses, and photographs of vehicle or property damage for claim verification directly from your device's photo gallery.
- READ_MEDIA_VIDEO (Videos Permission): Required to select and upload pre-recorded visual video walkarounds of incident/accident scenes as supplementary proof to support coordinators for processing.
We do NOT sell, trade, or share your private image or video media with third-party advertisers or external marketing networks.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your collected information is used solely to:
- Maintain, authenticate, and secure your SecureFirst profile.
- Facilitate lead requests and issue new coverage policies.
- Send critical time-sensitive expiry alerts and renewal reminders.
- Coordinate direct service support through Phone, WhatsApp, and Email channels.
4. Data Retention & Privacy Controls (GDPR Compliance)
We respect your right to control your personal information. We store your data securely inside protected cloud environments:
- Self-Service Account Deletion: You have the right to request full account deletion at any time. This can be performed directly inside the mobile app's security settings or via our self-service deletion web portal.
- Soft-Deletion Protocol: When you delete your account, your unique identifiers (phone, email, Firebase UID) are immediately released and retired so you can register fresh. All associated policy details are marked inactive, and your user credentials are permanently deleted from Firebase Auth.
